Website Support Packages
Our support packages can help you manage your website content, setup and troubleshoot emails, and keep your site safe with regular website backups. Customers enrolled in a support package receive our website hosting free of charge. Our fees are invoiced or charged to a credit card at the end of every month.

How much can you get done in an hour?
Hourly billing is an inexact science. We employ and contract to copywriters, developers, designs, and interns that all have different hourly rates. Depending on the type of work you need you may get 3-4 hours from an intern instead of 1 hour from a developer. If you send us all your requests for the month at one time we can accomplish more in a solid block of time, than if you send us 5 different support requests for the same tasks. To answer your question…it depends.
What is covered by the support package?
Email support, content management, site backups, WordPress updates, and consulting just to name a few. Your support will cover almost anything you want to do on the website but it is limited by the number of hours in your plan. See an example of our Maintenance Contract.
What if I go over my monthly hours?
We will track our time and bill you at the same rate as your plan. If you are the 1hr/$100, an additional hour would cost $100. If you are on the 5hr/$250 plan, your additional hours are billed at $50/hr.
What are your hours for website support?
We are open 9-5 M-F. We guarantee a response to your request within 24 hours during the week, although many problems will take longer to resolve. It’s very rare that a request will take more than a few days to be taken care of.
